Vision "The Human Rights Information Center is the national forefront of national human rights." Mission
01 To seek, select, supply, store, systemize and provide human rights information to officials of the Office of the National Human Rights Commission and the general public;
02 To provide, develop and improve information technology systems to manage and provide information services more efficiently;
03 To expand services to respond to a wider variety of users’ needs;
04 To promote information literacy among officials of the Office of the National Human Rights Commission.
05 To seek and establish collaborations between information organizations that are involved in human rights.
