Summary	Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute PeetaMellark. Winning means that they must turn around andleave their family and close friends, embarking on aVictor^'s Tour of the districts. Along the way Katnisssenses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol isstill very much in control as President Snow prepares the75th Annual Hunger Games, The Quarter Quell, and announcesa competition that could change Panem forever.
