Note	This practical guide to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 is geared at Indigenous Peoples (IPs) and Indigenous Women (IWs), who are intimately involved in the process. Since the inception of the concept of sustainable development, Indigenous Peoples and their representative organizations have been working on the SDGs 2030 in conjunction with various actors, alliances, and networks at all levels. The Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP) published the first version of a practical handbook for Indigenous Peoples on the SDGs 2030 in 2017, with the goal of providing basic and reliable information as well as practical recommendations for effective engagement and contribution. In a simplified and reader-friendly version, this second version of the SDGs 2030 practical guide extends the original version with new resource materials and more practical situations. This version has emphasized basic and practical information on the SDGs in relation to Indigenous Peoples, particularly Indigenous Women, and is determined to present reliable information in a simpler form so that they can understand it and take the necessary steps and actions in the process at the country and grassroots levels. Based on their experiences and a study and analysis of the existing contents, the practical guide has been updated to include Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous Womens perspectives in the SDGs.
